MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

MMA is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It is the combination of several combat arts into one. It is a very effective combat style due to the fact it enables participants be able to compete if they are standing or on the ground.

Students do not have to compete to participate. You are very welcome to train in MMA just to learn the techniques of the sport it is a great way to get fit and gain a lot of self confidence.

You will be required to gain certain level of skill in the other classes like Boxing, kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu before you can join. This is to ensure you will be able to participate safely and understand the techniques required for the sport.
