All circuits are for every fitness level, the beauty about this training method is that you go at your own pace. You aren’t relying on a partner or having someone rely on you. This reduces a lot of pressure for people who are at different fitness levels and want to train together or are just starting out. It gives you a goal to work towards in your own time while training in a group atmosphere which is supportive and motivating.
