Fighting Fit
This class is exactly what it sounds you will get fighting fit in no time.
The class is based around what a fighter would do to get fit minus the fighting its a combination of bag work, core training, functional exercises and some partner drills that are simple to learn . This class will improve your strength and stamina and is guaranteed to get you results no matter what your fitness level. Beginners are very welcome to join in.
You don’t need any experience in boxing for this class they are very simple exercises to learn its is catered for the novice.
