Fighting Fit
This class is run on our heavy bag apparatus every student has their own bag where you will be instructed to perform a range of exercises. These range from kicks, punches, elbows & knees you will also perform other drills that improve core and upper body strength along being a fantastic class for improving fitness levels. It is a great class for going at your own pace because all the exercises are individual.
