Fitness Classes
All our Fitness classes are fantastic workouts and designed to cater for everybody’s needs. It doesn’t matter if you are fit or haven’t done exercise for years we will take you at a pace suited to you.
We have a range of classes that students can choose from to match their ability and goals. All of our classes will improve your level of fitness. The classes specifically targeted at your fitness rather than technique are bag attack, cardio kick boxing & circuit.
