The next ACFC Boot camp will start on Mon Jan 16th. The course will be conducted around the beaches of Port Macquarie on Mon, Wed, Fri mornings at 6.00am. The course runs for 6 weeks and costs $340 for 1st time boot campers this includes a pair of quality Boxing gloves, boot camp singlet and camp book for recording results along with having eating plans and training tips etc. So book your spot now and change your life.

Next ACFC boot camp starts Mon Oct 24th. Camp costs $260 for 6 weeks, the starter pack is $60 this includes Boxing gloves, Tshirt, camp book to record results and has training tips and eating plans etc if you don’t need gloves its $20 for the starter pack. Camp runs Mon, Wed,Fri mornings 6.00am to 7.00am.If your looking to get fit, lose weight, increase strength or just get motivated come and join us and start your day right with some exercise.

ACFC has received our new equipment that ranges from a Marpo rope climber, Free motion incline trainers, assisted chin up and dip machine, preacher curl, free motion strider and arm grinder. We are fully equipped to cater for all levels of fitness from beginners to the seasoned athletes.

ACFC has a sparring night open to all clubs on the this Friday 6.00pm. Disciplines include MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai & Submission Grappling. Spectators welcome $5, there will be a BBQ it is BYO meat. Participants will be matched according to weight and experience. These are sparring sessions designed to improve skills before students decide to compete for real. There is no Knockout rule on these nights and shin guards will be worn along with MMA training gloves and 16oz gloves & head gear for Boxing & Muay Thai.
